Is safety high on the list of priorities for your hotel or flats?
As a landlord if there are gas appliances in the building, it’s your responsibility to ensure that annual gas safety checks are carried out on your properties by someone who is Gas Safe Registered. A copy of the safety report must be given to new tenants before they move in.
If you operate a hotel, a block of flats or bedsits we would like to introduce you to our entirely different Fire Risk Assessment service.
How LABC can help you
The consequences of untrained and unknowledgeable fire risk assessors can be catastrophic. We don’t link our assessments to the sale of fire protection equipment and signage, so users of our service can be sure that our advice and recommendations are impartial, fair and not made as a ruse to create more business.
Our Fire Risk Assessment service has been established to offer better public protection by providing a qualified, competent and publically accountable service that will assist in driving rogue traders out of this market.
