Reduce build times with walling units

Durisol’s 365 ICF Wall construction system provides a dry laid insulated shuttering system that incorporates, a Lattice/Matrix structural concrete frame following the concrete pour.

Based on interlocking modular units (with or without integral insulation), Durisol walling units are dry stacked - without the need for a bed of mortar. The units are then in-filled with concrete to form a monolithic structural walling system. The external and internal faces are then completed with a finish applied directly to the wall surface.

While Durisol’s LABC registration does not include the choice of an external waterproof envelope, the system can be used with a masonry cavity, rainscreen cladding or Parex thin coat render system. Final choice will be subject to separate verification and approval should be sought from building control and the warranty provider prior to commencement on site.

The system has achieved both BBA Certification and a BRE Environmental profile rating of A, with over 90% of every block made up of recycled material.

Excellent air tightness results and u-values as low as 0.15w/m2k can mean a large reduction in lifetime running costs, while the reduced build time can mean substantial savings can be made during the construction phase.
