Fit-out projects
Fit-outs can be straightforward but often they're technically challenging and require an in-depth understanding of construction and fire strategy. Our local authority teams understand the complex issues surrounding building fit-outs and we are able to guide you and your team to ensure the most risk free, streamlined process - from pre-application through to completion.
Here are just a few of the projects we've worked on (also read our case study for European Headquarters for Lend Lease 20 Triton Square and a blog post on when you need to make a Building Regulations application for a shop fit-out):
The Tottenham Experience ('TE') is located at the southern end of the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, providing a gateway to the state-of-the-art facilities for fans and visitors.
Accessibility compliance audits were conducted throughout the design and planning phases to ensure that the TE would be an entirely inclusive experience for its visitors. TE won the award for Best Inclusive Building at the LABC Grand Finals 2019.
