New version of the LABC Warranty Technical Manual launched

LABC Warranty has announced the release of the LABC Warranty Technical Manual version 10 which is now available to access. Written by technical experts, the Technical Manual is available to anyone building new homes in England and Wales.

The LABC Warranty Technical Manual is a comprehensive 466-page resource with the latest guidance on meeting technical standards required for warranty approval. Version 10 is applicable to all sites first registered with LABC Warranty from 11^th June 2021 and version 9 will continue to apply to previous sites and those under construction.

More than 25,000 people have had access to a digital copy of the manual since 2017 with additional printed copies being sent to LABC Warranty customers.
