Competence Specific Learning (CSL)

In April 2024, LABC launched a targeted CPD subscription for local authority members, delivering competence-specific learning directly to their inbox every month. With a range of learning delivery methods including workshops, quizzes and e-learning; subscribers have a plethora of resources to access at a time that suits them. With unique reporting features for managers, organisations can access learning logs for employees, monitor progress and demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development.
