01/2009 | Building (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/466) The Amendment Regulations:add to the persons able to self-certify the installation of a heating or hot water system connected to a heat-producing gas appliance, or associated controls, persons registered with Capita Gas Registration and Ancillary Services Limited. the Electrical Contractors Association has decided that all its schemes should in future be operated by its subsidiary EC Certification Limited. Annex A to this Circular sets out all changes to the Building Regs made by SI 2009/466. |
