Local authority building control is the largest provider of building control services to the construction industry by far and as a not-for-profit operation our services are always charged at cost.

A Grand Designs-featured new build, designed by Sandy Rendel Architects.
A pre-commencement meeting and detailed full plans submission assisted in creating a very necessary escape route (the home sits on a bank of the River Ouse).

Building contractor Julian Greep was selected to build this unusual family home.
The preliminary meeting held with the building control officer meant that after only nine days Conditional Approval was granted with four minor Conditions.

A brand new period country cottage near Stonehenge, built by Bennington Developments.
Because of the project scope and vision, close working with the building control team was necessary and pre-commencement and milestone visits were arranged to make sure everything ran smoothly. LABC Warranty were also involved.
