LABC is recruiting a number of trainee building control surveyors across England. The recruitment process will be managed by Opus People Solutions, an expert recruitment provider offering extensive experience in recruitment solutions across multiple disciplines in the public and private sectors.
Established in 2014, Opus has successfully delivered recruitment solutions for a variety of public sector organisations across a wide range of job sectors.

The application process
- Submit your CV and answer a few application questions via our recruitment partner Opus People Solutions.
- We’ll review your CV and if we think you’re a good fit you'll be invited to attend an Assessment Centre where you’ll have an interview, sit various assessments and take part in a group activity.
- Within one week of attending an Assessment Centre we’ll let you know if you’ve been successful.
- Following receipt of references, DBS check and agreeing terms, you’ll be seconded to a local authority and start your two-year training programme with LABC.
